Hi guys. It's been a long time. A year if I reckon correctly. Anyway, I've been having withdrawal symptoms from Everquest. I guess I cant really tear myself completely away from the game. The past year has been good to me in terms of my job and my family, but sadly, my computer gaming life sucked LOL! I need to balance it again

Anyway, I retired before you guys hit Ashengate (we were doing FC2 if I remember correctly). And I've missed a ton of content, raids, levels, AA and expansions. Im just wondering if the difficulty is too steep for me to try to catch up with you folks again. I can put in the time to raid, but keying me for a lot of those new zones is probably going to be a bitch. I'd like to make a comeback and dont want to be spoonfed, but if the cause is hopeless then let me know.

Actaully does not take that long. I was gone for a year and when I came back it took about 2-3 months to catch back up....thanks to raiding with the guild. Very doable just remember you won't be uber for a while

Yea man its pretty easy youll have 80 in less than a week. The new AAs and spells will come with time theres nothing that will make or break you if you dont have them. You can even do the Mansion and Crystalos keys in a couple days with a decent group. Will be good to see ya back if you have any questions on shit just ask man.

Heyya Bommer. I'm thinking of doing the same....... in 6 months. How hard was it to get back up to speed? We ended up leaving while cracking through Ashengate or finishing Ashengate ourselves.

It isn't difficult at all. And the guild will help, a lot.

i got back into the groove quickly. maybe a month or so and you're all set. gear should come easily given the stuff we are farming and the nice group stuff available. give it a shot !
