Note that even if your class is not listed above, we will still accept an application for that class, albeit somewhat higher requirements are deemed a necessity for players wishing to apply during a non active recruitment period for the class in question. There is one exception to the above and that is for Rangers. We are not accepting any rangers at all at this time, nor are we even considering it (if you have a problem with that, speak to Aaddarya...she loves it) Check out the particular class requirements and fill out an application.
With the introduction of the Underfoot expansion, our focus is on raiding and working on other content in Underfoot. Raiding of the Tower of Discord has all but ceased, bar the late night/off-day raids to gear up new applicants, should the need arise. The future is Underfoot and the future is now!!
Number one with respect to flags are the instanced tasks in Underfoot. Please work hard on getting these accomplished. You need to show us the drive to get these tasks done!
The content we are raiding requires a lot from players, both with respect to gear and paying attention. While Diligence might help with gear, it's up to you to pay attention and learn which is something you will have to prove to us during your trial period.
Diligence's raiding schedule is as follows:
The more active a player you are, the better chance you will have in making it as a full member of Diligence. Recruits are expected to maintain a high raid attendance percentage (preferably 70% or higher).
